The name Pour Boy Coffee and all related branding.
All original characters, including but not limited to: Pour Boy, Earl Grey, Basil Cane (The Coffee Alchemist), The Nitro Necromancer, Count Dripula, Madame Matcha, Jim Bean Espresso, Jo Cuppa, and associated entities.
All story arcs, settings, and worldbuilding associated with the Pour Boy Universe (including Brewberry, New Bitterton, the Brew Cycle, and the Nocturne).
All merchandise designs, including apparel, drinkware, and published works created under the Pour Boy Coffee brand.
All original art commissioned, published, or otherwise released by Ole Bones LLC.

Exceptions

When otherwise specified, certain historical or public domain works adapted into the Pour Boy Coffee universe (e.g., The Phantom of the Opera, The Hound of the Baskervilles, The Legend of Sleepy Hollow) remain in the public domain in their original form.
Adapted works created for Pour Boy Coffee, however, including their characters, art, and rewritten narrative elements, are owned exclusively by Ole Bones LLC.

Contributions

This wiki is an evolving document. User contributions in the form of text or edits may be permitted, but by submitting, you agree to license those contributions to Ole Bones LLC under exclusive rights to be incorporated into the official Pour Boy Coffee canon and IP development.
